In that purpose all of the solutions offered to the client Marek Engineering tries together with the client to optimize and balance so that the financial construction and the solution are along with the current conditions and the economy market. Marek has determined two internal standards based on analysis:

– Service and support of equipment, hardware, network systems, communication equipment purchased from Marek Engineering or from another reseller.

– Service and support of operating systems, databases, mail-servers, anti-virus systems for protection purchased from Marek Engineering or another reseller and support of implemented software projects purchased from Marek Engineering.

Service and support of computers, networking and communications equipment

Marek Engineering for this segment respects the standards and terms of manufacturers of this equipment. With that as a company we try to impose the need of support of computer, network and communications equipment in order to make the primary activity of the client fast and efficient. Depending on the classification of the equipment the client owns, as well as the classification of choice of agreement for support in and post warranty period made between the client and Marek Engineering, we stand by the agreement maximum professional. That would mean fast and effective response to a given problem, its registration and removal with what the primal activity will not be disturbed. The service is well equipped with tools and spare parts so that will satisfy and cover the problems on a daily level or in some working period of the client. We insist on having an open cooperation with the client in order to his special demands for stock for his computer or communication equipment or based on experience and judgment letting Marek Engineering to decide the needed stock.

Warranty period of computer and communications equipment gived by the manufacturer, Marek implements them to the end users very professionally – with fast and effective free service or replacement. Post-warranty period of support of equipment is arranged with the end users in the way explained earlier, but in order to maintain the clients’ satisfaction.

Service and support of software systems

Depending on the capacity and functionality of the client as an end user, using computer, network and communications equipment, the problem of functionality always appears depending on the operating system, drivers, configuration etc.

  1. For standard operating systems, drivers, mail-servers, anti-virus servers, network software, communication, domain access we have a standard reply period similar to above mentioned.
  2. For information systems implemented by Marek Engineering we use standard warranty period which is defined with the sales agreement. For post-warranty support we propose one of above listed options for equipment, and we prefer to use the second option, depending on the operating system paying monthly. In general Marek Engineering tries to fulfil all demands determined with the project agreement and to offer own integrated solutions and concepts based on our experience. New ideas and concepts from the client are basically subject of special agreements.
